Role Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for leading all store and warehouse operations in a steel/industrial materials environment. The role ensures accurate ERP-based inventory control, safe and organized storage of metal products, and timely material availability to support production and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all store and warehouse activities: receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of steel and industrial materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using an ERP system and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
• Conduct monthly physical stock counts, investigate and resolve variances.
• Verify the quality and specifications of all incoming materials (local and imported) before inward entry.
• Ensure materials are correctly classified, labelled, stacked, and stored according to specifications and safety requirements.
• Supervise, train, and guide store/warehouse staff; ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, maintenance, and finance to ensure timely material availability and proper documentation flow.
• Monitor inventory consumption against budget and highlight significant variances.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience managing a store/warehouse in steel, metals, construction materials, or other heavy industrial sectors.
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP-based inventory management and good Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of handling heavy industrial materials (steel bars, sheets, pipes, fittings, tools).
• Arabic speaker; priority for Egyptian candidates already in KSA or willing to relocate.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ﷼10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
