Store Manager (Warehouse)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Store Manager (Warehouse) to oversee and manage all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in warehousing, inventory control, and warehouse management systems (WMS), with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatching

-Implement and manage warehouse processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy

-Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation

-Supervise and lead the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards

-Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports on inventory, movement, and operations

-Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth flow of goods

-Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other inventory software to manage and track stock

-Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities

Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/store management

-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field

-Hands-on experience with WMS and inventory management systems

-Strong leadership and team management skills

-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

-Pharmacist with NHRA License (preferred but not mandatory)

-Able to join immediately
