STORE MANAGERS-FEMALE-RETAIL FASHION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Retail Store Manager to lead our ladies fashion store. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience specifically in ladies fashion retail, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.-willing to relocate inside UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the ladies fashion store.
• Manage and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Female candidate only.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ladies fashion retail (mandatory).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Good understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office).
