Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory, stock receiving, issuing, and record keeping
- Handle day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Maintain accurate stock registers and ERP-based inventory records
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials
- Sound knowledge of mechanical parts, raw materials, and consumables
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance departments
- Conduct periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with company store policies and procedures
Qualification & Experience:
- Must DAE (Mechanical/Automotive)
- Proven experience in store operations and inventory management
- Hands-on experience with Inventory Software / ERP systems
- Oracle ERP experience will be an added advantage
- Experience with Sidat Hyder ERP will be preferred
- Strong understanding of materials and mechanical parts
- Good documentation and organizational skills
