Store Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, stock receiving, issuing, and record keeping
• Handle day-to-day store operations efficiently
• Maintain accurate stock registers and ERP-based inventory records
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials
• Sound knowledge of mechanical parts, raw materials, and consumables
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance departments
• Conduct periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with company store policies and procedures

Qualification & Experience:

• Must DAE (Mechanical/Automotive)
• Proven experience in store operations and inventory management
• Hands-on experience with Inventory Software / ERP systems
• Oracle ERP experience will be an added advantage
• Experience with Sidat Hyder ERP will be preferred
• Strong understanding of materials and mechanical parts
• Good documentation and organizational skills
