Ordering Associate (on-site) Night Shift - Karachi

We are looking for an Ordering Associate for the Night Shift. Ideal candidates can apply if have the following requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management Support: Monitor inventory levels, update stock status, and flag low-stock or backorder risks to the supply chain or vendor management teams.
• Returns and Exchanges: Manage the returns merchandise authorization / Return to Vendor (RMA/RTV) process, issue refunds or exchanges, and process claims for damaged or lost shipments.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure product information, pricing, and order management data are consistently accurate across all systems and platforms
• Reporting: Assist in generating regular reports on order statuses, fulfillment metrics, analysis for forecasting for management review.
• Process Improvement: Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order workflows and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Tools: Experience with inventory/order management software, helpdesk platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Advance Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and bulk edits.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team collaboration.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing to minimize errors.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot order or shipping issues efficiently.
• Work Environment: Ability to work with punctuality, independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
