Role Description

A storekeeper in a grocery store typically plays a crucial role in maintaining the store's inventory and ensuring that products are well-organized and readily available for sites.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare site demands on software.

· Prepare delivery Challans on Software (i.e. Charge Back, Regular Supply, Short Recoveries, Additional)

· Prepare damage and expiry notes.

· Compile monthly inventory/stock data of Grocery Items.

· Compile daily inventory/stock of empties.

· Reconcile system generated GRN with physical items received with proper stamping.

· Update MPR upon items receiving.

· Conduct physical inspection of items purchased by Procurement Officer.

· Responsible for checking the expiry dates of all items according to the standard procedure.

· Prepare a list of items received from sites and then reconciles it with LTN (Transfer note).

· Maintain damage/breakage/leakage report of received items.

· Ensure Compliance of all HSE, HACCAP, ISO 22000/9001/14000 & 45001 related guidelines related to his area of responsibility.

· Intermediate

Experience

· Minimum 2-3 Years’ experience

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
