Store & Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for the best terms.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and agreements.
  • Ensure timely procurement of required goods and services while adhering to budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements and ensure availability.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Support audits, compliance, and documentation related to procurement.
  • Track market trends and suggest cost-effective purchasing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing methods, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Zoho preferred).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,426.46 - ₹32,094.68 per month
