Store & Purchase Manager

The Purchase and Stores Manager will be responsible for sourcing quality materials at the best cost, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution processes. The role involves vendor management, purchase order processing, stock monitoring, inventory documentation, and coordination with all departments to support smooth restaurant operations. Strong negotiation skills, accuracy in maintaining records, and knowledge of F&B procurement standards are essential.
