We are looking for a Store and Purchase Manager to oversee inventory management, vendor coordination, and procurement operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring efficient material flow from purchase to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
Plan, source, and procure materials as per organizational requirements.
Negotiate with vendors for quality materials at competitive prices.
Track inventory levels and initiate timely replenishment.
Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements and purchases.
Coordinate with accounts, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Implement cost control measures and minimize material wastage.
Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
3+ years of experience in store management and procurement.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
