Store & Purchase In charge
Responsibilities
- Manage the warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor and control stock movement to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems.
- Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement activities.
- Conduct regular audits of stock and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
- Track stock movement (inward/outward), keep inventory records up to date, and perform regular stock audits.
- Negotiate pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and contract terms with vendors.
- Issue and manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
Qualifications
- Any graduate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory management and purchasing & Store handling.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
