Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor and control stock movement to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement activities.
• Conduct regular audits of stock and inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Track stock movement (inward/outward), keep inventory records up to date, and perform regular stock audits.
• Negotiate pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and contract terms with vendors.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.

Qualifications

• Any graduate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management and purchasing & Store handling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,871.28 per month
