Store Sales Executive – Preferrably Experienced in Silk/ Clothing

Company Profile: We are a leading online saree store looking to start our very first boutique in Jayanagar. After running successfully online for the past two years, we’re excited to expand into the offline space. Having served 2000+ online customers, we are now ready to bring the Varanchi experience to a physical store.

Role summary: As Sales Staff, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional in-store experience to every customer who visits. You will assist customers in choosing sarees, share detailed product information, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Varanchi brand.

Important responsibilities include:

• Greet and engage with customers warmly as they enter the store.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable sarees and styling options.
• Share detailed product information, including fabric, weaving techniques, and care instructions.
• Support customers throughout their purchase journey and ensure a smooth billing and packaging experience.
• Maintain the store’s visual presentation and ensure all displays are neat and attractive.
• Assist with stock arrangement, inventory checks, and inwarding of new arrivals.
• Address basic customer queries and escalate any major concerns to the store manager.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 2 years of mandatory sales experience in silk sarees or women's apparel.
• One plus years in any customer facing management roles
• Comfort and confidence in handling high-value traditional products.
• Preferably female candidates

Education and Language

• Fluency in spoken Kannada and English is essential
• Knowledge of additional regional languages is an added advantage

The store timings are from 11 AM to 8 PM, and the store will be closed on Mondays. These timings are subject to change based on store response.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
