Store Supervisor

Job Description:

The Store In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company’s stores and inventory. This role ensures that all raw materials, finished goods, and consumables are received, stored, and issued accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all stock received, issued, and in hand (manual & system-based).
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, and identification of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
• Conduct daily stock verification and coordinate with Accounts for reconciliation.
• Follow the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for raw materials and finished goods.
• Supervise loading/unloading of goods and ensure weight and quantity verification.
• Monitor and log movement of delivery vehicles, ensuring challans and invoices are cross-checked.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to Production & Accounts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store and warehouse areas.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management review.
• Support audits by providing accurate records and documentation.
• Enforce company SOPs for Inventory & Procurement.
