Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager for our newly formed joint venture DP World NLC Logistics. The position is responsible to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, optimize logistics processes, lead a warehouse team, and ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Job Description

Oversee warehouse operations, team management, and inventory control.

Plan, organize, and manage overall warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and fulfilment of customer requirements.

Managing warehouse operations based in operational KPI and cost budget.

Monitor and review monthly scorecards and KPIs, ensuring performance meets targets.

Manage overall headcount including direct labor, and temporary labor.

Ensure optimal utilization of space and resources

Ensure adherence to SOPs and improve safety, security, environmental, and quality standards through inspections.

Manage stock control, including receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods.

Identify training needs and ensure a safe working environment for all operational staff.

Liaise with customers, stakeholders and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure strict implementation of customer SOPs, quality protocols, and operational guidelines.

Continuously review and update internal procedures to align with customer requirements and industry best practices.

Prepare for and lead customer, third-party, and internal audits.

Ensure audit readiness at all times by maintaining operational discipline and record accuracy.

Drive zero non-conformities (NC) target across all functions.

Prepare periodic reports of inventory, daily operations, including inbound and outbound operations and as per customer and management requirement.

Enforce adherence to QHSE standards in warehouse activities.
Job Specification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

8-10 years of experience in similar position
