Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the drug store to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 25+ staff members, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Ensure strict adherence to UAE pharmaceutical regulations and internal SOPs.
• Oversee pharma logistics, including inventory control, stock movement, expiry management, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with management on reporting, audits, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience managing a pharmaceutical/drug store in the UAE.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams (25+ staff).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics and supply chain operations.
• Sound operational and regulatory knowledge of drug store management in the UAE.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
