Role Description – Store Supervisor
We are looking for a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at one of our Hangry Joe’s branches in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing store performance, managing a team, ensuring service and product quality, and supporting event operations when needed.
The ideal candidate has hands-on QSR (quick service restaurant) experience, understands franchise operational standards, and can confidently supervise both FOH and BOH teams. This role reports directly to the F&B Manager / Operations Manager.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily operations of an assigned Hangry Joe’s store, ensuring consistent service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Lead and supervise FOH and BOH teams to maintain high performance and positive guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, opening/closing checklists, and store readiness.
- Ensure strict compliance with franchise standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines.
Events & Activations
- Support event operations as needed, including festivals, markets, pop-ups, and catering activations.
- Assist with event setup, food production, staffing coordination, and service flow to ensure smooth and successful execution.
Team Management
- Train, mentor, and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service and follow operational procedures.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate goals and expectations clearly.
- Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Quality & Safety
- Maintain Dubai Municipality food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Monitor product quality and service consistency at all times.
Reporting
- Report daily sales, performance metrics, team issues, and operational updates to the Operations Manager.
- Highlight gaps, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations.
- Experience working in a franchise environment is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and basic HACCP standards.
- Excellent communication skills, customer service mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling (events, weekends, busy seasons).

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
