What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions with customers and team members
  • Follow all appropriate retail policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is done in a systematic and consistent manner
  • Build and maintain guest experience standards to build strong loyalty
  • Assist in achieving the store's sales target by collaborating with the sales executive team to generate sales through high-selling techniques
  • Execute and participate in projects and community events with minimal supervision
  • Stay ahead of latest trends, products and competitors; share feedback with the store manager and back-office team
  • Team Management and Support: create a positive work environment and be the voice of employees when needed
  • Understand and communicate the organization's priorities to align the team with Group objectives
  • Assist the Store Manager in defining areas of responsibility for each team member and manage the team reporting to the Store Manager
  • Create and maintain schedules to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards
  • Customer Centricity: implement and promote exceptional customer service to boost sales and loyalty
  • Manage VIP guest relationships and customer complaints to ensure efficient operations and consistent service
  • Operational Excellence: maintain cleanliness, high visual merchandising standards and stock replenishment per brand guidelines
  • Leverage available technology tools to support customer experience (e.g., Clienteling app, OMS, Business WhatsApp)
  • Assist in inventory preparation and record stock movements in the inventory system
  • Ensure processes comply with legal, safety, security, retail operations and HR guidelines; escalate issues when needed
What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the retail industry
  • Proficient in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
