Storekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, equipment, and supplies as per purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain proper storage of materials ensuring safety, easy identification, and minimal wastage.
• Issue materials, tools, and consumables to maintenance and operations staff upon authorized requests.
• Monitor stock levels regularly and prepare requisitions for replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and returns in the ERP/Inventory system.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliation with system records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards in store operations.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Properly store hazardous, electrical, mechanical, and cleaning supplies in designated areas as per HSE guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store and warehouse at all times.
