Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and experienced Store Keeper to manage our inventory and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally and strong knowledge of FMCG management, ensuring efficient stock control, timely reporting, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of stock using Tally software.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock receipts, and dispatches.
  • Monitor FMCG product storage and ensure proper handling.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare purchase requests and coordinate with procurement.
  • Ensure the store/warehouse is well-organized and maintained.
  • Generate stock and inventory reports for management review.
  • Follow company policies, safety, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
  • Experience in FMCG inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

  • Do you have experience in recording daily transactions and preparing basic accounting entries (debit & credit)?
  • Are you proficient in using Tally ERP for creating invoices, ledgers, and generating reports?
  • Have you managed stock records, performed stock audits, and resolved discrepancies in inventory?
  • Do you have experience in handling, storing, and maintaining FMCG products safely and accurately?
  • Are you comfortable using Excel (formulas, reports), Word (documentation), and Outlook (emails/scheduling) for daily work?

  • Store Keeper: 2 years (Preferred)
