About The Opportunity

A management consulting firm operating across business services, facilities management and supply-chain operations in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced on-site Storekeeper. The role supports day-to-day warehouse and stores operations, inventory accuracy, vendor incoming inspection and timely issue of materials to internal stakeholders at a busy UAE location.

Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods; verify packing lists, purchase orders and quality documentation before acceptance.
• Issue materials to internal teams and contractors using controlled procedures; prepare accurate goods issue notes and delivery records.
• Maintain and update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS); perform cycle counts and lead monthly/periodic stock reconciliations.
• Label and store items using FIFO/stock rotation principles; manage bin locations to optimise space and retrieval times.
• Operate barcode/RF scanning equipment and basic material handling tools safely; escalate shortages, damages or discrepancies to procurement and operations teams.
• Ensure warehouse housekeeping, HSE compliance and secure storage of all controlled or valuable items.
