The ideal candidate will manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all supplies and equipment are readily available to support smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
  • Issue materials and supplies to relevant departments as needed.
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure the proper storage of items to prevent damage or loss.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and replenishment.
  • Prepare reports on inventory status, usage, and reorder requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards in handling materials.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks and manage stock efficiently.
