Storekeeper

Storekeeper - With factory Experience ( 2.5 to 3.5k + Accommodation)

The Storekeeper is responsible for efficiently managing the storage, handling, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment for interior fit-out projects. The role ensures accurate inventory control, proper documentation, and timely supply of materials to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies as per delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Ensure that materials received are of the right type, quality, and quantity.
• Properly store materials in designated areas following company safety and organization standards.
• Issue materials, tools, and consumables to site supervisors or project teams as per approved material requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or digital systems (e.g., Excel, ERP, or inventory software).
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and alert the Purchase/Project Manager for reordering.
• Label and organize materials for easy identification and access.
• Ensure safe handling, stacking, and storage of materials, including hazardous items like paints, adhesives, and chemicals.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and project teams for timely material dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain tools and equipment issuance records and ensure their return in proper condition.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Materials Management preferred).
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in an interior fit-out, construction, or MEP company.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
