Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system data.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure proper stock levels.
- Record and report any stock discrepancies or damages promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all stock.
- Support the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Track and update product movements (inbound, outbound, transfers, returns).
- Coordinate with logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in stock audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain documentation and filing of all inventory-related transactions.
- Suggest improvements to inventory processes to reduce wastage and increase efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP or WMS systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
