Job Description:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Store items in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and organization for easy access.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records using manual or computerized systems and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Manage stock levels, rotating older stock and disposing of surplus or expired items.
  • Issue materials and tools against authorized requisition notes and prepare items for shipment.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for new orders to replenish stock when it approaches minimum limits.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Generate reports, including Material Received Reports (MRR), to document all stock movements and activity.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage area in accordance with safety procedures and government regulations.
  • Ensure all documentation for purchases and inventory transactions is completed properly.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree or certification.
  • 3+ years’ experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
  • Fluent in Hindi and proficient in English
  • Experience in Steel & construction field
  • A team player with proven ability to work under Pressure and to meet deadlines.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,250.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
