Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished goods.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile physical vs system stock.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and accounting records in ERP/system.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly stock reports to management.
  • Apply FIFO/FEFO methods for stock control and prevent material losses.
  • Support finance team with stock valuation and cost tracking.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling per GMP and HACCP requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety and compliance in store operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in ERP or inventory software (e.g., SAP, Tally, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, organized and good in documentation and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
