We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper who will manage day-to-day store operations along with cost control responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have prior experience handling stores in a Catering, Food Service, or FMCG environment, with strong knowledge of inventory management, stock rotation, and consumption tracking

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management

  • Receive, inspect, and store all materials, food items, and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper storage standards
  • Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests based on consumption.
  • Coordinate with procurement, kitchen, and operations teams for timely stock movement.

Cost Control

  • Track daily consumption of materials and compare with standard usage.
  • Identify variances and highlight unusual consumption or wastages.
  • Assist in monthly stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
  • Prepare cost reports for management, including stock valuation and usage summaries.
  • Ensure optimum stock levels to control costs without affecting operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
