🔧 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Keeper to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure accurate receiving and issuing of materials, and support procurement and project teams. The ideal candidate will maintain proper stock management, uphold safety standards, and ensure timely document processing.

🧰 Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

• Receive and issue materials at the warehouse.
• Inspect delivery notes and convert them into GRNs.
• Inform the warehouse manager and PM of damaged materials.
• Ensure proper placement, racking, and handling of materials.

Additional Responsibilities

• Act as custodian of all warehouse materials.
• Support procurement with shipping and receiving at the site store.
• Ensure timely GRN creation in SAP and coordinate with procurement.
• Dispatch required documents to head office.
• Maintain delivery note records and submit weekly logs.

Documentation & System Management

• Ensure documents are updated, properly filed, and easily accessible.
• Review and verify documents in the Open Text system.

PM Operations

• Coordinate with PM for approvals of delivery notes and inspections.
• Convert approved documents into GRNs promptly.
