Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against POs and delivery notes; prepare GRNs and update stock records.
- Store materials properly following FIFO/FEFO and maintain accurate inventory registers and system entries.
- Issue materials against approved MRNs, record returns, and track all stock movements.
- Verify stock levels and report material availability, shortages, or excess to project/procurement teams.
- Monitor consumable usage, maintain minimum stock levels, and raise timely purchase requests.
- Manage assets (tools & equipment), maintain asset registers, tagging, tracking, and servicing records.
- Coordinate with site storekeepers to ensure consistent storekeeping procedures.
- Maintain full documentation (GRNs, MRNs, issue logs) and submit periodic stock reports.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with QHSE/IMS/ISO standards.
- Support audits, stock verification, and continuous improvement in store operations.
Required Candidate profile
- Graduate (Any) or Diploma in Storekeeping, Materials, or Asset Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or industrial store operations.
- Knowledge of construction materials, consumables, and tools.
- Familiarity with inventory software, Excel, and manual stock tracking methods.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Understanding of IMS and audit procedures is an advantage.
