Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining stock. The role requires accuracy, physical ability, and coordination with procurement, projects, and showroom teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming materials and deliveries
  • Verify quantities against delivery notes and purchase orders
  • Properly store items in designated warehouse locations
  • Prepare and issue materials for projects and showroom requests
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory logs
  • Assist with periodic stock counts and audits
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for deliveries and returns
  • Follow company procedures for material handling and documentation

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or storekeeping role
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management
  • Ability to lift and move materials when required
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in lighting, furniture, construction, or fit-out materials
  • Familiarity with stock systems or Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD300.000 per month
