Store Manager – F&B
Position Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for managing all operations of the food & beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional customer experience, efficient workflow, and consistent achievement of sales and profitability targets. This role oversees staff performance, food quality, inventory, hygiene standards, and overall store presentation.

Key Responsibilities1. Operational Management

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, food quality, and ambience.
  • Implement and monitor all operational SOPs.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages.

2. Customer Experience

  • Ensure guests receive high-quality service at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor customer feedback and take action to improve service standards.

3. Sales & Financial Performance

  • Drive store sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Manage daily cash handling, POS accuracy, and financial reporting.
  • Control operational costs (labor, stock, wastage) to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze sales trends and suggest promotional activities.

4. Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, coach, and supervise store team members.
  • Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate manpower.
  • Conduct performance reviews and address disciplinary matters.
  • Build a positive, productive, and customer-focused work culture.

5. Inventory & Stock Control

  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Place orders, receive goods, and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Minimize wastage and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.

6. Food Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation for inspections.
  • Ensure safe handling, preparation, and storage of all food and beverages.

Requirement

Visa Type: Normal 18
Work Location: Kuwait City
Contract Period: 1 year
Probation Period: 3 months (90 days)

Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Kuwait Labor Law: Provided (employment shall be governed by Kuwait Labor Law)
Annual Leave: 30 days

SALARY: 600 KD
