We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for driving the successful end-to-end delivery of ICT and digital transformation projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. This role serves as a strategic bridge between customers, internal teams, and partners, ensuring clear alignment on objectives and flawless execution. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, define and manage project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. A key focus of the role is to ensure strong stakeholder engagement and exceptional customer experience, enabling the organization to deliver high-impact solutions that meet both business objectives and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:

Deliver ICT projects in line with established project management best practices, ensuring client and stakeholder satisfaction.

Plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion, maintaining focus on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Facilitate input from project teams and stakeholders to prepare comprehensive project plans and schedules.

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and promote adoption of agile principles and continuous improvement.

Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies appropriately based on project needs and organizational context.

Monitor and control project progress, identifying performance variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Set and manage clear project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

Report regularly on project performance, progress, and key metrics to management and stakeholders.

Manage project budgets by forecasting requirements, monitoring expenditures, and achieving financial objectives.

Ensure roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities are clearly communicated across all stakeholders.

Establish and monitor performance standards and ensure alignment with organizational performance frameworks.

Identify performance issues promptly and coordinate effective resolution to maintain productivity and morale.

Serve as the main customer interface throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear and proactive communication.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders at various levels (operational and executive).

Lead regular customer engagement meetings, status updates, and steering committees to ensure alignment and transparency.

Understand customer objectives and ensure project outcomes are aligned with their business priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecom Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration.

PMP Certification.

5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within ICT-related projects.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex ICT projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
