About the Role

This role oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple fast casual stores, ensuring strong performance, profitability, and a consistent customer experience. It involves leading store teams, optimizing manpower, monitoring sales and costs, and driving operational excellence through close coordination with operations, training, and marketing teams.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelors' degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 7+ years of management experience within fast casual or multi-site retail operations.
• Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar multi-unit leadership role.
• Strong background in sales analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement.
• Ability to manage staff movement, vacation planning, and succession planning in coordination with training teams.
• Solid understanding of inventory control, stock movement, cost of goods, and cash handling procedures.
• Experience in developing and overseeing marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and customer engagement activities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data to drive performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams at all levels professionally.
• Computer literate, with the ability to prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety, security, and operational compliance standards.
