Job Summary:
The Site Storekeeper is responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment at the site. The role ensures proper storage, timely issuance, and accurate documentation of all materials, supporting smooth site operations and preventing material shortages or losses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store materials, tools, and equipment delivered to the site.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, issuing, and returning items.
  • Organize the store to ensure easy accessibility and prevent damage or loss of materials.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and procurement to fulfill material requirements promptly.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of materials.
  • Assist in preparing reports on material usage, stock levels, and inventory movements.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and secure at all times.
  • Support the site team in emergency requirements or urgent material needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum high school education; vocational or technical training preferred.
  • Previous experience as a storekeeper or inventory handler, preferably in construction or similar industry.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and stockkeeping procedures.
  • Ability to operate basic tools, forklifts, or material handling equipment (if applicable).
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and good organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping (Excel or inventory software).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
