Storekeeper

Job Description:

We are looking for a Store Keeper to manage inventory and ensure smooth operations in our warehouse/store. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate stock records, handle incoming and outgoing materials, and ensure proper storage practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
  • Issue materials to site teams as per requirements.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of all items.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory software).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and material handling procedures.
