Storekeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and accountable Storekeeper to manage inventory control, storage, and distribution activities for a high-volume F&B operation. The role includes responsibility for receiving, loading/unloading, preparing dispatches, and coordinating distribution to ensure accurate and timely stock movement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, load and unload all incoming and outgoing materials
  • Verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Prepare, check, and issue stock for distribution to branches and departments
  • Ensure accurate documentation for all stock movements and transfers
  • Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling and FIFO compliance
  • Record inventory movements accurately in stock cards and/or systems
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and support audits
  • Report shortages, damages, expiries, and inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure safe handling of goods and cleanliness of store and loading areas
  • Coordinate closely with operations, production, purchasing, and drivers

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper or similar inventory/distribution role
  • Experience in F&B, central kitchens, warehouses, or logistics preferred
  • Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading activities
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Basic computer and inventory system skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD200.000 - KD300.000 per month
