We are seeking a qualified Storekeeper manage inventory, ensure accurate stock control, and support efficient warehouse operations through proper storage, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Receiving
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods against purchase orders, and verify quantities and quality.
- Record and log all incoming goods into inventory systems accurately.
Storage & Control
- Store items systematically, ensuring correct labeling, stacking, and safety protocols.
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to meet operational needs.
Issuing & Documentation
- Issue materials, tools, and equipment based on approved requisitions.
- Maintain and update accurate inventory records, including electronic systems (ERP/MS Office).
- Prepare reports on stock status, shortages, and movements as required.
Stocktaking & Audits
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist during audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and other departments to support smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and store procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma or relevant certification in logistics/supply chain preferred.
- Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations (e.g., 2–5 years).
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
