About the Role

Lumenix Electrical is looking for a responsible, proactive, and trustworthy Wholesale / Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will manage staff, monitor store activities, and ensure smooth operations — especially in the absence of the owner.

We are seeking someone who is committed for the long term, takes initiative, and actively handles responsibilities without constant supervision.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise daily wholesale and retail store operations.
• Manage and monitor store staff performance and attendance.
• Ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
• Handle stock control, inventory management, and coordination with warehouse.
• Monitor pricing, margins, and overall store performance.
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and reporting.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and professional standards.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding sales, stock, and staff matters.
• Resolve customer issues and operational challenges efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a wholesale or retail store (preferably electrical goods).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions.
• Good communication skills (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and inventory management.
• Must be trustworthy, responsible, and committed for long-term employment.
