Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven professional to manage and optimize our transportation operations. This role is fully performance-based, focused on achieving measurable improvements in efficiency, cost control, and operational performance.

Key Performance Targets (12-Month Period):

Fleet Optimization Conduct a full fleet analysis within the first 60 days

• Reduce the number of vehicles by at least 15% through improved utilization
• Eliminate unnecessary reserve vehicles
• Improve route allocation and vehicle loading efficiency

Driver Productivity Increase trips per driver by 15%

• Reduce loading waiting time by 20%
• Reduce overtime by 25%

Fuel Efficiency Reduce fuel consumption per route by 12–15%

• Eliminate empty return trips
• Implement GPS monitoring and route tracking

Route Optimization Consolidate nearby customer routes

• Reduce daily trips by 15–20%
• Increase vehicle load capacity per trip

Delivery & Receiving Control Maintain 99% delivery accuracy

• Prevent undocumented discrepancies
• Achieve 90% reduction in shortage complaints

Performance Incentives Achieving 15% cost reduction: One-month bonus

• Achieving 20% cost reduction: Two-month bonus

Contract Performance ClauseIf a minimum 12% transportation cost reduction is not achieved within the first year, the company reserves the right to reassess the contract.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in transportation, fleet management, or logistics operations
• Strong data analysis and operational optimization skills
• Ability to manage drivers, routes, and cost efficiency initiatives
• Experience with GPS tracking and transportation reporting systems is preferred
