Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate all shipping and logistics activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing shipments.
• Monitor daily performance to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Prepare accurate shipping plans to meet customer needs and delivery schedules.
• Track shipments from origin to final destination to ensure timely delivery.
• Collect and analyze data related to shipping and logistics operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Communicate with customers to address their needs and provide necessary support.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure process integration.
• Track inventory levels to ensure necessary stock availability.
• Improve the organization of storage areas to ensure easy access to shipments.
• Prepare periodic reports on shipping and logistics performance for the Shipping Manager.
• Analyze results and compare performance against set objectives.
• Explore opportunities for collaboration with other logistics companies or service providers to enhance operations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to shipping and logistics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in the same field.
