Customs Clearance Specialist

Job Resposibilities:

1. Mainly responsible for customs clearance business. In accordance with the material arrival plan, strictly control the progress ofcustoms clearance work; ensure that document preparation complies with the requirements of local customs; coordinate withlogistics subcontractor to complete customs clearance and guarantee the timeliness of goods clearance.

2.Adopt reasonable and effective methods to reduce or exempt tariffs; coordinate with the project department to pay fees andcomplete customs clearance in a timely manner.

3. Communicate and assist relevant departments in completing Saudi Arabia's relevant certification documents, such as SASOCertification, GCC Certification, SABER Certification, etc.

4.Handle insurance business and risk management of project materials during the customs clearance and transportation process.5.Be responsible for work communication with local partners of logistics carriers, government staff, customs authorities, etc., andcomplete relevant interpretation and translation work. Assist colleagues in the logistics department with other communication andcoordination work with local personnel, as well as written translation tasks.

6. Other tasks: complete other temporary work assigned by the leadership.

7. Confidentiality obligations: shall not disclose any industry confidential information such as the company's internal discussions,project information and internal documents to suppliers, individuals or other irrelevant personnel.

1. Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in English, International Trade, Transportation Engineering, Logistics Management orrelated fields.

2. Work Experience:

2–4 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia import customs clearance. Proficient in the qualifications and procedures of SaudiArabia import business. Candidates with cooperation experience with Chinese-funded enterprises or familiarity with powerengineering equipment and materials will be preferred.

3. Job Requirements:

(1) Professional Skills: Proficient in computer operation and office software, master Arabic, and possess good English proficiency(in the direction of international logistics).

(2) Competencies: Strong planning, organizing and coordinating capabilities; good team spirit; and excellent pressure resistance.

(3) Personal Traits: Excellent communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
