Job Purpose:

The RSD Administrator is responsible for executing daily Regulatory Serialized Dispatch (RSD) transactions by accurately processing serialization and aggregation activities in DTTS and SAP, in line with approved procedures, and supporting documentation and reporting requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify daily RSD transactions by reviewing SAP and DTTS outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved SOPs.
  • Monitor serialization and aggregation steps as instructed to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  • Log and report any system or process exceptions according to defined escalation procedures without independent resolution.
  • Operate DTTS applications for serialized dispatch based on predefined workflows.
  • Execute assigned SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP transactions related to serialization, aggregation and import events.
  • Validate transaction completion against system outputs and report discrepancies to the designated owner.
  • Extract data from SAP and DTTS systems using predefined reports and templates.
  • Update files and trackers using approved formats.
  • Prepare presentation slides using provided content and templates for reporting and documentation purposes.
  • Collect, organize, and file documentation required for SFDA inspections and internal audits.
  • Maintain orderly records and ensure documents are stored in designated locations for easy retrieval.
  • Support audit preparation by providing requested documents to responsible teams.
  • Follow up with branches, suppliers, or internal teams using predefined checklists and instructions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate owner in line with escalation guidelines.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred IT background).

Minimum Experience:

1–2 years of experience in serialization, aggregation, and RSD processes within pharmaceutical logistics.

Skills:

  • DTTS system operation.
  • SAP system.
  • Understanding of serialization and aggregation concepts within pharmaceutical logistics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data reconciliation templates).
  • Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency for reporting and documentation.
  • Knowledge of SFDA serialization documentation requirements.
