Responsible for the company's customs affairs, including mastering international trade terms (Incoterms 2020) and possessing comprehensive knowledge of the full process of international transportation (sea/air freight), insurance, and customs clearance. Candidates with experience in international freight forwarding and customs declaration are preferred.
Capable of independently handling international logistics business operations, such as preparing various documents for cargo export, customs declaration and clearance, space booking and container loading for sea/air freight, transportation and distribution, and tax refund. Experience with customs declaration and clearance in the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
Collect and organize information on freight forwarders, transportation routes, and prices. Determine advantageous routes based on the company's cargo shipment status to optimize logistics efficiency.
Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, maintaining timely contact with domestic and overseas freight forwarders. Actively resolve issues during cargo shipment to ensure the smooth delivery of goods.
Participate in supplier development and management, including daily inquiries and price comparisons, expense verification, and settlement. Aim to reduce costs and control risks through effective supplier management.
Demonstrate strong internal collaboration capabilities, working efficiently with R&D, production, quality, procurement, finance, and other departments to support business operations.
