Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure proper storage of materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, issuing, and monitoring stock while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
  • Maintain accurate stock records (manual or system-based)
  • Issue materials to departments as per approved requests
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO)
  • Conduct regular stock counts and audits
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
  • Coordinate with purchasing and other departments
  • Prepare inventory reports as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper or similar role
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory/POS systems preferred)
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures
  • Valid QID and transferable visa (if applicable)
