Job Description: Storekeeper (Materials Handler)

Position Title: Storekeeper (Materisls Handler)
Location: Al-Qadsiah FC, Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor/ Logistics Manager

Overview:

Al Qadsiah Club is seeking a dedicated and organized Storekeeper to manage and oversee the inventory of sports equipment, team gear, and general supplies. The ideal candidate will ensure all club assets are properly stored, tracked, and maintained to support the efficient operation of the club.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods and equipment.

· Organize and store items in designated areas for easy retrieval and proper preservation.

· Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs and digital systems.

· Issues supplies to staff and teams as needed, following proper documentation protocols.

· Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to management.

· Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the storage areas.

· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for deliveries and returns.

· Prepare reports on stock levels, usage trends, and procurement needs.

· Assist in the preparation for matches, training sessions, and events by ensuring necessary gear is available and in good condition.

· Follow club policies and procedures for inventory control and asset management.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or inventory management is a plus.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sports or club environment.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Basic computer proficiency, especially with inventory software and Microsoft Office.

· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

· Ability to lift and move heavy items when required.

· Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Working Conditions:

· Full-time position with occasional extended hours during events or peak seasons.

· Indoor and outdoor work settings depend on club activities.
