Job Description:

We are seeking a Store Keeper with strong experience in purchasing for Construction, Fit-Out, and MEP projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating procurement activities, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of materials. The role requires close coordination with project teams, suppliers, and management to ensure timely availability of materials and cost-effective purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of goods.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

- Collaborate with suppliers to procure materials and negotiate favorable terms.

- Prepare purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery.

- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.

- Assist in preparing inventory reports and analyzing stock movements.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in storage areas.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Store Keeper, with a strong background in purchasing within the UAE.

- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

- Familiarity with MS Office.
