Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record all construction materials and tools
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
- Issue materials as per site requirements and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure safe storage and proper handling of materials
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and suppliers
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper on a construction site
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel / inventory software preferred)
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and under site conditions
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
