Storekeeper cum Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper cum Accountant with experience in inventory management and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, accounting knowledge, and hands-on experience in store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor inventory, stock movements, and store operations efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate purchase, sales, and inventory records in the system.
  • Verify items before dispatch and ensure all products are properly billed.
  • Handle supplier payment follow-ups, return item coordination, and FOC follow-ups.
  • Maintain and manage petty cash records and daily cash transactions.
  • Prepare, organize, and file purchase invoices and supporting documents for easy access and submission.
  • Coordinate with accounts for payment tracking, reconciliations, and outstanding follow-ups.
  • Assist in finalizing accounts, balance sheets, and accounting reports.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and system updates.
  • Preferably experienced in Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory and capable of handling accounting software independently.

Requirements:

  • Accounting background is mandatory.
  • Experience in storekeeping and inventory management is required.
  • Knowledge of Zoho software is highly preferred.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
