Warehouse Manager

Job Title: Warehouse Manager.
Experience Required: 4 to 6 years.
Location: Al Ain.

Eligibility: Practical experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution fleet monitoring is required, with previous experience in FMCG companies. Experience in trading, food, or retail companies is preferred and This position is available for Arab nationalities and residents within the UAE only.

Job Summary:

· The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storage, and distribution activities, while implementing FMCG operational best practices to achieve high levels of efficiency, accuracy, loss prevention, and supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and distribution activities in line with company operational standards.

· Manage inventory and ensure stock accuracy and product availability to meet sales demands continuously.

· Apply FIFO / FEFO standards to maintain product quality, reduce waste, and control expiry management.

· Monitor periodic and annual stock counts, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions when required.

· Supervise loading, unloading, and order preparation processes while ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and distribution plans.

· Coordinate operational activities between warehouses, sales, procurement, and transportation departments to ensure smooth workflow.

· Monitor inbound and outbound stock movements and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.

· Manage warehouse space utilization to maximize storage efficiency and operational performance.

· Supervise warehouse staff performance, task allocation, and daily operational activities.

· Monitor operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order preparation speed, and stock loss percentages.

· Supervise product quality standards inside the warehouse.

· Prepare daily and monthly operational reports related to inventory and warehouse activities and submit them to direct management.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

· 4 to 6 years of practical experience in warehouse and inventory management.

· Previous experience in FMCG companies is mandatory.

· Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system is mandatory.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and organize operational processes.

· Good knowledge of warehousing procedures, inventory control, and stock management.

· Strong reporting and operational data analysis skills.

· Ability to make effective operational decisions.

· Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
