We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to oversee the daily operations of our equipment and consumable store. The role involves monitoring the dispatch and return of cleaning machines and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely repairs, and managing chemical and consumable receipts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the dispatch and return of all cleaning equipment and machines.
  • Log and track issued and returned items accurately using inventory records or digital systems.
  • Inspect equipment upon return to identify any damages or missing parts.
  • Hold responsible personnel accountable for loss or damage as per company policy.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team or vendors to ensure timely repair and upkeep of machines.
  • Prepare and verify GRNs (Goods Received Notes) for all incoming chemicals, consumables, and supplies.
  • Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of all items.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
  • Support the operations team by ensuring all equipment and consumables are ready and in good condition for daily dispatch.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory control (preferably in cleaning, laundry, or facility management).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software, or ERP preferred).
  • Attention to detail and accountability.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
