Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily dark store operations, including picking, packing, and dispatching of online orders.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time to meet partner SLAs
- Manage, train, and motivate store staff (pickers, packers, and riders) to maintain performance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize wastage or shrinkage.
- Conduct daily checks on product quality, cleanliness, and storage conditions.
- Generate and review operational reports, ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.
- Handle escalations, resolve issues related to delayed or incorrect orders, and communicate effectively with customer service or vendor partners.
- Ensure the store layout and processes are optimized for efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee shift schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations for the team.
- Support the implementation of new operational procedures or system updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or retail operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or retail supervision.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and warehouse/order management systems.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments with flexible shifts.

- Order accuracy and delivery time.
- Inventory accuracy and stock availability.
- Staff productivity and attendance.
- Compliance with safety and operational standards.
