Storekeeper ELV

Job Summary:

The ELV Store Keeper is responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling all inventory related to Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems, such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, audio-visual, and structured cabling materials. The role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient stock handling, and timely issuance of materials for ongoing projects in compliance with company standards and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming ELV materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP or manual log system.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Store items safely and systematically to prevent damage or loss.
  • Material Handling:
  • Prepare and issue materials based on material requisition forms approved by authorized personnel.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment of stock.
  • Arrange proper labeling, tagging, and identification of all materials.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain daily records of receipts, issues, and balance of materials.
  • Prepare inventory and consumption reports as required.
  • Ensure all related documentation complies with audit and quality requirements.
  • Coordination:
  • Work closely with ELV engineers, technicians, and project supervisors to ensure timely material availability.
  • Liaise with suppliers for delivery schedules, replacements, or returns.
  • Support site teams with proper documentation during material transfers between projects.
  • Health, Safety & Housekeeping:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
  • Follow safety regulations when handling electrical components and tools.
  • Ensure environmental and fire safety compliance within the store area.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Electrical / Electronics / Supply Chain or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a storekeeper, preferably in ELV or MEP works.
  • Hands-on experience with ELV materials (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Structured Cabling, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED5.00 per month
